The TTS leg base provides at the top a wide quick-release fastener with 2 Molle-loops for attachment at any belt. Horizontally it is also attached to the leg with an adjustable quick-release system. A large fleece-velcro surface in the middle is for velcroing of the separate TTS Trauma Pouch, which is additionally held by 2 adjustable fastening straps with a quick release fastener. Additional loop rows on the right, left and upside of the velcro surface can take up to three Tourniquets or flashlight, bandage shears and another single row Molle-pouch.
